Reminders

Reminders bring saved knowledge back at a chosen time. They are useful for sources connected to meetings, projects, habits, or ideas you want to revisit.

What reminders do

A reminder has a message, a scheduled time, and a status. Treeved can deliver reminders through WhatsApp when your WhatsApp number is connected and updates are on.

Statuses

• Pending: Scheduled and waiting to be sent.
• Processing: Treeved is trying to send it.
• Sent: The reminder was sent.
• Failed: Treeved could not deliver it.
• Cancelled: The reminder was stopped before sending.

Edit

In the extension Reminder tab, edit reminders that are pending, failed, or cancelled. You can change the message and, when needed, choose a new future time.

Cancel

Cancel a reminder when you no longer need it. Cancelled reminders can be rescheduled by editing them and choosing a new future time.

Failed reminders

A failed reminder needs attention. Edit it, choose a new time if needed, and save it again. If the failure mentions phone setup, check your WhatsApp number in Website Settings.

WhatsApp delivery

When a WhatsApp reminder is read, Treeved can record that it was opened. This helps your account reflect that the reminder reached you.
