DocsBrowser Extension

Extension Ved and Reminders

Use Ved commands, attach context, filter YouTube, and manage reminders in the extension.

The extension lets you use Ved while the current page is still open. This is useful when you want to connect the page you are reading with material already in your Vault.

Ved commands

  • /search finds related saved content.
  • /ask asks Ved a question about the page or attached item.
  • /summary summarizes the open page or an attached Interest or Topic.
  • /filter filters a supported YouTube feed page.

Attached context

You can drag an Interest, Topic, saved item, or highlight into Ved. After that, the next command uses that item as context. For example, you can search within a Topic, ask about one saved item, or find saved material similar to a highlight.

YouTube filter

On a supported YouTube feed page, use /filter with a short instruction. Treeved keeps matching videos visible and hides the rest. Use /filter clearto clear the filter.

Summaries

Use /summary to summarize the current page. When you attach an Interest or Topic, Ved can summarize that collection instead. Highlights and single saved items cannot be summarized with this command.

Reminders

The extension Reminder tab shows scheduled, sent, failed, and cancelled reminders. You can refresh the list, edit a reminder message, change its time, cancel it, or reschedule a failed or cancelled reminder.

For all Ved commands, read Ved. For the full reminder flow, read Reminders.
