This policy explains how refunds work for TreeVed paid access and subscriptions.
Paid Plans
TreeVed may offer monthly, yearly, promotional, or limited paid plans. Plan details, prices, and included features are shown at checkout before payment.
Refund Requests
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or are unable to access the paid features you purchased, email us at [email protected] with your account email, payment date, and a short description of the issue.
When Refunds May Be Approved
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
- Billing errors that can be verified.
- Paid access not activated because of a technical issue.
- Other cases we approve at our discretion.
Processing
Approved refunds are generally returned through the original payment method via our payment provider. Bank and provider processing times may vary.
Cancellations
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals where recurring billing is enabled. Cancellation does not automatically refund past charges unless a refund is approved under this policy.
