Data Deletion Instructions

To remove your saved content, reminders, profile events, and generated profile data while keeping your login account active:

1. Log in to your TreeVed account.
2. Open Settings.
3. Navigate to Data.
4. Use the delete-data action and confirm the request.

This removes the data TreeVed stores for your saved knowledge workflow. Some operational records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or billing records.

To delete your TreeVed account and associated data, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We may ask you to verify that the request is coming from the account owner. We aim to process verified requests within 30 days.

• Saved links, notes, highlights, summaries, and related metadata
• Interests, topics, vault organization data, and calendar items
• Reminders and WhatsApp reminder preferences, if enabled
• Generated profile data such as profile.md and profile events
• Account preferences and application settings tied to your account

We may retain limited records when required for tax, payment, legal, security, abuse-prevention, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes. Backup copies are removed according to our normal backup rotation.
